• SPEAKER: All presentations in Powerpoint format needs to be sent to EUPSF Secretariat by Monday, 13 November 2023 at the very latest. The Keynote or Google presentations, need to saved as a powerpoint (.pptx). All speakers are invited to use the official EUPSC 2023 Presentation Template. If applicable, the conflict of interest has to be disclosed at the beginning of the presentation.
• PANELIST: At the invitation of the session moderator, panelists will take part in the session discussion by reacting to the speakers’ presentations and explaining your point of view. Personal experiences, concrete examples and best practices are welcome.
• MODERATOR: A separate email will be sent inviting the moderators to prepare the session by discussing the presentations and possible questions with speakers and panelists of the session.
